Ningbo Timer-matic Electrical Co.Ltd. was established in 2004 as a joint venture with foreign investment.
Ningbo Mideay Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and was Invested by Kerde, focus on domestic market.
Ningbo Happy Electrical Co.,Ltd was established in 2012 and was invested by Supervisors, do worldwide business except domestic market. We promote our own brand "Timermatic".
